Flow Packing Machine DZB-250D

This flow packing machine is our original design. It is also known as a flow wrapping machine. It is used for the repacking of aluminum-plastic drug plates in pharmaceutical industry. The drug plates repacked by this flow packing machine have better humidity resistance and are protected against light. In addition to packing drug pates, this flow packing machine could also be used to pack biscuits, moon cakes, instant noodles, articles in regular shapes, gadgets, etc.

1. This medicine packing machine adopts PLC programmable controller for the smooth running of the entire machine.
2. It is of electronic text display, which indicates the running speed, bag length, compensation dosage and other related parameters clearly on the TD-200 display.
3. The length of the bag can be easily adjusted through the TD-200. All an operator needs to do is imputing the desired length and leave the rest to the machine.
4. It is equipped with bilateral compensation aligning system. Photoelectric detecting sensor is used to detect the color code; and PLC program and two-way compensation system are combined to realize the color code aligning.
5. This flow packing machine has four sets of auto thermo-regulators at each heating position for higher sealing quality.
6. A great variety of drug plates are suitable to be automatically charged on this machine.
7. It comes with a code printer, which works to print batch numbers, production date, date of minimum durability, etc. on the exterior package of the product.
8. This flow packing machine is CE certified.
